- Business matters. We represent small and large businesses, handling issues involving business formation, the review and preparation of business contracts, employment issues, and business litigation. We also represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Estate planning and probate. We assist individuals with the preparation and implementation of plans for the distribution of assets and/or care of minor children upon death. We also help executors, administrators and personal representatives navigate an estate through probate.
- Real estate. We work with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, as well as developers, title companies, property managers, real estate agents, tenants, financial institutions and investors. We handle real estate transactions as well as real estate litigation.
