Administrative Law
Participated as counsel in adversary proceedings before Wyoming
administrative boards or commissions during the last five years including
prosecution of approximately 125 physician license discipline cases before the
Wyoming Board of Medicine. Approximately 10 of those proceeded to a full
contested case hearing before a Hearing Panel. I have within the past five
years, represented licensees in license discipline cases before the Wyoming Real
Estate Commission and before the Wyoming Board of Certified Public Accountants.
