Firm History

The law firm of Riske, Salisbury & Kelly, P.C. consists of partners James R. Salisbury, Don W. Riske, Thomas G. Kelly and associate attorney Sean C. Chambers. Mr. Riske had been in private practice in Cheyenne since 1976 with firms and also as a solo practitioner. Mr. Salisbury was originally an associate in 1996 and became a partner in 1999.
